Sand River
This branding and website design project was for a nature-focused venture capital company committed to making a positive impact through sustainable investments. The brand name is inspired by the Sabi Sands River in South Africa, with the logo drawing from the river’s estuaries, symbolising the spread of sustainable investments across the globe, whilst also forming a fingerprint to represent the lasting impact these investments have on the planet.
The visual identity balances modernity with tradition, incorporating hand-drawn nature illustrations, some of plants and animals that contribute to a healthier planet. The website was designed as an immersive, narrative-driven experience, guiding visitors through a seamless flow of scenes that reflect the company’s mission and impact.
